Greenmark designs, builds, and tends living landscapes — layered borders, honest stone, and lawns cared for season by season, not just planted and left.
Alder Lane, three seasons on
How we work a garden
Most gardens fail in year two, when the planting is in but no one is looking after it. We stay for all three.
We read your soil, light, and slope, then draw a garden that suits the place it’s in — planting plans, hardscape, and a real budget before anything is dug.
Our own crew lays the paths, walls, and beds and puts every plant in the ground — dry-stone, timber edging, and topsoil we’d grow in ourselves.
Then we come back. Seasonal pruning, feeding, and lawn care on a simple monthly plan, so the garden looks better every year instead of tired by August.
A garden, three seasons on
It came to us as a flat rectangle of thin grass and a rotting fence — nothing to sit in, nothing to look at from the kitchen window. We were after a garden that would earn its keep every month of the year.
“We eat every dinner looking at it now. It’s the best room in the house, and it’s outside.” Home on Alder Lane · garden built 2024
From first walk to full bloom
A clear path from the first site visit to a garden that’s ours to look after — you always know what comes next.
Step one
We walk the garden together, test the soil, and talk through how you want to use the space — no charge.
Step two
A hand-drawn plan, a planting palette, and one fixed price. You approve it before we lift a spade.
Step three
Our crew builds the hardscape and puts in every plant, then mulches and waters it all in.
Step four
We come back on a seasonal plan to prune, feed, and keep it looking its best for years.
