Since 2016

We took over a shuttered ironworks.

The building spent sixty years turning out machine parts before it went dark. We hauled out the lathes, kept the bones, and dropped a fifteen-barrel brewhouse where the drill presses used to stand.

Everything you drink here is brewed a few feet from your glass — small batches, house yeast, and no shortcuts. What’s on the board is what came out best this week.
